    AND MORE NO2 THAN IN THE ORIGINAL EQUILIBRIUM MIXTURE.

 WATCH AS:

  1. MORE HYDROGEN IS ADDED
    Making the forward reaction become faster to counteract it.
    The new equilibrium mixture will have more H2 and NH3 and less N2
  2. MORE NITROGEN IS ADDED
    Again, making the forward reaction become faster to counteract it.
    The new equilibrium mixture will have more N2 and NH3 and less H2
  3. SOME AMMONIA IS REMOVED
    Making the the forward reaction faster to counteract it.
    The new equilibrium will have less of all of the chemicals.

THE REACTION THAT COUNTERACTS (OR OPPOSES) THE CHANGE
ALWAYS SPEEDS UP – BUT THE NEW EQUILIBRIUM DOESN’T COMPLETELY RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL POSITION POSITION.
